Built in Australia for trades & small business · Early access

You've done the work.
Get paid on the spot.

PayVoy turns your phone into the front office: a compliant tax invoice in under a minute, a payment link your customer can tap before you've left the driveway, and automatic follow-up for the ones who need a nudge.

No card reader. No lock-in. Your customers don't need an app — they tap a link and pay.

Sound familiar?

Chasing money is unpaid admin.

“The invoice is in the mail.”

Send it before you leave the job — not Sunday night at the kitchen table. If it takes more than a minute, it waits. So it shouldn't take more than a minute.

“I'll fix you up next week.”

A tap-to-pay link makes right now the easiest option your customer has. No BSB read out over the phone, no “did you get my email?”.

“Who still owes me?”

One screen: what's paid, what's due, what's overdue, and who's already been reminded — so you never chase someone who paid yesterday.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are automatic.

1

Invoice from your phone

Line items, your logo, ABN, and GST worked out correctly — inclusive or exclusive. It's a proper tax invoice, not a text message with a number in it.

2

Send it how your customer lives

Text, WhatsApp, or email — from a real Australian number they can reply to. They tap the link and pay by card. No app, no account, no reading card numbers over the phone.

3

PayVoy watches the money

Receipts go out the moment money lands. Unpaid invoices get chased politely on schedule. Your Takings screen shows what actually arrived, every day.

What's in the box

Everything between “job's done” and “money's in”.

Compliant tax invoices

GST handled properly, and it knows when to say “Tax Invoice” and when plain “Invoice” — that depends on your GST registration, and getting it wrong is an ATO problem.

Tap-to-pay links

One link per invoice. Card payments settle straight into your own gateway account — Global Payments or eWAY today, Ezidebit direct debit rolling out.

Deposits & progress payments

Take 50% before you order materials. The invoice tracks what's collected and what's still owing — and doesn't call itself paid until it is.

Automatic reminders

Polite nudges on a schedule you set — and never, ever to someone who has already paid.

Text & WhatsApp

Payment links from a repliable Australian number, not a “do not reply”. Or send from your own phone so they see a number they know.

Receipts & Takings

Customers get a receipt the moment money lands — including bank transfers and cash you record by hand. You get a daily takings view that reconciles.

Client statements

One link shows a customer everything they owe you across invoices. No login, nothing to install.

Know who's slow

An aging report of what's overdue and by how long — plus how your payment speed compares with businesses like yours.

Where the money goes

Your money never touches PayVoy.

  • Straight to your account. Payments flow from your customer's card directly into your own merchant gateway account. PayVoy never holds, routes, or delays your funds.
  • Your gateway, your rates. Connect your own Global Payments or eWAY account. We don't clip the ticket on the way through.
  • Credentials in a vault. Gateway keys are encrypted at rest and tested with your gateway before they're ever saved — a typo'd key is refused, not stored.
  • Data stays in Australia. Hosted in Sydney. Your customers' details stay onshore.
  • An honest ledger. Every payment is recorded as money received — part payments, overpayments and refunds included. Recorded payments can't be quietly edited after the fact.
  • Early access, honestly labelled. PayVoy is being built hands-on with a small group of Australian businesses. If something's not verified yet, we say so in the product.
Fair questions

What everyone asks first.

What does it cost?

PayVoy is free during early access while we build alongside our first merchants. Card processing fees are whatever your own gateway charges you — PayVoy doesn't take a cut of your payments.

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. They get a link by text, WhatsApp or email, tap it, and pay by card in the browser. A receipt lands in their inbox automatically.

Whose payment gateway is it?

Yours. PayVoy connects to your own merchant account — Global Payments or eWAY today, with Ezidebit direct debit rolling out — so money settles directly to you, at your rates.

Are the invoices actually compliant?

Yes. GST is split correctly whether your prices are entered inclusive or exclusive, your ABN and details are on the document, and the “Tax Invoice” heading appears only when you're registered for GST — as the rules require.

What about bank transfers and cash?

Record them in a few taps — including part payments and deposits. The invoice stays open until it's genuinely covered, and the receipt still goes out when it is.

Can I take a deposit before starting a job?

Yes. Request any amount or percentage up front. The invoice tracks what's been collected and won't call itself paid until the full amount has landed.

Where is my data stored?

In Sydney, Australia.

How do I get started?
